Another Version of the So-called Happily Ever After

Ideas usually strike at 4 PM. Just like now. Or maybe I'm just in love. Just maybe.
Sad songs are playing in the background at this very moment. All because I let them. They help me become sadder, and I'm beginning to like it.

Okay, maybe those 5 lines are already enough for an introduction. Let me go directly to the point.
I liked someone whom I'd only seen 3 times. I used to wait for him at my cousin's stall, hoping he'd pass by again.Weekends were my only spare time and I didn't mind staying there just to catch a glimpse of him. But serendipity was at work then. It's either I already left and he'll be there, like, 5 minutes later or he has already gone there and I'll be arriving 15 minutes late.
I even got satisfied with what my cousin and my mom shared with me. "I saw him yesterday wearing a white shirt and a cap, blah blah blah blah..." "You should have been there, Charlie. I think he's not in a good mood because he was frowning, dah dah dah dah..." And even if they have already relayed all the information to me, I still asked them about it. I kept on reiterating the thoughts on my mind. Come on, Charlie! It's just about him, going to the store near your cousin's stall, wearing that shirt or whatsoever. Nothing more, nothing less. What's so interesting about it? I didn't even see him myself and yet my smile already reached the dimension of the unknown.
Being the stalker that I am, I found out that he studied in an international school. His family even owns a school somewhere in Las Piñas, I think. He has a silver Vios which made him look like Edward Cullen in my eyes. I don't like Robert Pattinson that much though, but if he's going to court me, CAN I say no??? Yes, the operative term is "can" in all caps.
Those are the only information I got. Just when I thought I was the ultimate stalker of all time, he was there to prove me wrong.
I want to check on his Facebook account, just for me to know if he's still single or what, but then I don't know what his name is. And there's no way for me to find out. We don't have mutual friends, he rarely goes out by foot, and our neighbors don't know him (and his family), too. I'm starting to believe that they are a family of vampires.
Yeah! I can create a story out of it! But never will it be a love story. Because five, six, seven months have passed, not even his shadow did I see. Then I realized that serendipity was never really at work then. My imagination was.
Suddenly, I got tired. It seemed like everything has flashed into my very eyes and I started to see what I have missed before, especially what my mom has said, "He has a car, is good-looking, and rich. Do you think he doesn't have a girlfriend yet?" Let me look at the ceiling and think how stupid it was of me not to realize it then.
Then there came this guy. I didn't like him at first because he seemed to be overrated. (I swear you won't find even a single clue from here about who he is!)
I started to feel like he's making some efforts for me. I won't say how as there are people who might easily identify him (will even look at me from head to toe). The thought of him being around always sends chills down my spine. We barely know each other, I don't even know if he knows my name, but there's really something in the way he looks at me. Deep down inside, I wanted to feel it. But what am I gonna do with those fiddling moments? Am I supposed to hold on to a mere stare? Everything he does makes me fall even if I do not know if the feeling is mutual at all. Yes, we can assume that my imagination is just at work again.

Well, let me summarize this one for you.

He stares. She looks.
He likes her. She doesn't know how much.
He thinks she's insensitive. She's afraid she might be overthinking things.
He wants to give up. She is looking forward to a happily ever after with him.

Nevertheless, Merry Christmas!♥

Here beside you is where my love story starts.
